Rob Romaine is the President of
Management Recruiters International, Inc. (MRI), a subsidiary of CDI Corporation.
|
|
Rob is an executive with
more than 20 years of experience in sales, recruiting and operations management
for information technology and engineering staffing and solutions companies. He
joined the CDI team in 2002 as Director, Service Delivery and was quickly promoted
to Vice President of Recruiting for the CDI Business Solutions division. In 2007,
he assumed the role of Vice President of Global Recruiting & Operations for
the new CDI IT Solutions business unit and was promoted to Senior Vice President
in 2009 – a position he held until his promotion to President of MRI in January
2011. His other past experience includes 12 years in recruiting and recruiting/operations
management positions for IT staffing and solutions companies including Merritt Technical
Associates, Butler Technology Solutions and Computer Horizons. Rob is a 1984 graduate
of the United States Naval Academy.
