Robert M. Larney is Executive
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CDI.

Robert joined CDI in August
2011 with a long track record in managing global financial operations and helping
lead companies through strategic change. He previously served as senior vice president
and chief financial officer of Tekni-Plex Inc. – a private equity owned global packaging
manufacturer based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. He has also been chief financial
officer for public companies including Rieter Automotive Systems and Foamex International
Inc., and for privately-held Lutron Electronics, Inc. During his 35-year career,
he held a variety of roles in accounting, commercial finance and treasury for RCA
Corporation, FMC Corporation and the Ingersoll-Rand Company. Mr. Larney is a Certified
Public Accountant with a bachelor of business administration degree from The Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania and a master of business administration
degree from LaSalle University.
