Philip L. Clark is Executive Vice
President, Global Business Development and Operations for CDI.

Philip has over 30 years
of experience in executive leadership roles focusing on creating profitable growth
through performance excellence and innovation. His global market experience includes
Asia, Middle East, Europe and the Americas with industry expertise in manufacturing,
consumer, energy and transportation. Prior to joining CDI in June 2011, he was Senior
Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing for Invensys Process Systems where
he lead a large global sales and marketing organization in the process automation
and engineering services market. He also spent over 20 years with EDS in several
executive leadership positions and served as a Business Unit President. Mr. Clark
holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
