| Paulett joined CDI as President & CEO in January 2011 with a strong track record of being an innovative leader in transforming businesses to achieve their most compelling growth potential. Experienced in identifying and operationalizing key strategies for companies interested in rapid, yet sustainable, expansion or repositioning, she is known for her ability to create a vision customers care about, employees are motivated by, and from which shareholders receive maximum returns. Mrs. Eberhart came to CDI from HMS Ventures, a privately-held real estate and consulting services firm where she served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, she served as President and CEO of Invensys Process Systems, a $1.7 billion industrial automation firm. Her resume also includes a 26-year career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS, now part of HP), where she held multiple senior-level financial and operational roles, including four presidencies. Most recently, she served as Corporate Senior Vice President and EDS’ President for the Americas, leading the company’s largest operating unit. With an extensive background in information technology, engineering solutions and business services, Mrs. Eberhart holds a BS in Business Administration, accounting from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mrs. Eberhart also sits on the Board of Directors of Advanced Micro Devices and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. |

Philip L. Clark is Executive Vice President, Global Business Development and Operations for CDI. |
| Philip has over 30 years of experience in executive leadership roles focusing on creating profitable growth through performance excellence and innovation. His global market experience includes Asia, Middle East, Europe and the Americas with industry expertise in manufacturing, consumer, energy and transportation. Prior to joining CDI in June 2011, he was Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing for Invensys Process Systems where he lead a large global sales and marketing organization in the process automation and engineering services market. He also spent over 20 years with EDS in several executive leadership positions and served as a Business Unit President. Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. |

Bob Giorgio is Executive Vice President of Global Engineering and Technology Solutions for CDI. |
| Prior to joining CDI in 1997, Bob was President, CEO and Chairman of Day & Zimmermann International, an international construction and engineering firm. Between 1987 and 1996, he was employed as President of Life Sciences International, a division of Day & Zimmermann. From 1993 to 1996, he also held the position of President, Advanced Technology Division. Prior to that, he held executive positions at Raytheon E&C. Mr. Giorgio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn. |

Robert M. Larney is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CDI. |
| Robert joined CDI in August 2011 with a long track record in managing global financial operations and helping lead companies through strategic change. He previously served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Tekni-Plex Inc. – a private equity owned global packaging manufacturer based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. He has also been chief financial officer for public companies including Rieter Automotive Systems and Foamex International Inc., and for privately-held Lutron Electronics, Inc. During his 35-year career, he held a variety of roles in accounting, commercial finance and treasury for RCA Corporation, FMC Corporation and the Ingersoll-Rand Company. Mr. Larney is a Certified Public Accountant with a bachelor of business administration degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a master of business administration degree from LaSalle University. |

| Prior to joining CDI in 2011, Peggy served as a principal of Critical Path Strategies where she worked with clients to address strategic, organizational and relationship opportunities that impact growth. She spent more than 25 years with EDS in several leadership positions serving clients in a number of industries including healthcare, energy, finance and transportation. During her time there she worked extensively in Asia and Europe, driving integration of acquired companies and helping country leaders understand and sell the full suite of EDS capabilities. Mrs. Besand holds a bachelor of science degree from Kansas State University. |

| Since joining CDI in 1979 Dirk has held multiple engineering and leadership roles in sales, branch management, program management, and most recently as a business unit leader. He has a track record of success in financial management, business operations, sales and marketing, new business development, and implementation for both managed staffing and functional outsourcing projects. Dirk holds a BA in Business Administration from Marshall University. |

Eric L. Moorehead, Ph. D. is a Senior Vice President and President of the Americas for CDI. |
| Prior to joining CDI in December 2011, Eric was the Vice President, North America for Client Care for Invensys Operations Management. In that role, he managed a team focused on the company’s most strategic accounts in North America. He has more than 30 years of global executive leadership experience in a wide range of technical and commercial roles focused on delivering value added solutions to client companies. Eric’s global experience includes Asia, the Middle East, and Europe in the energy, oil and gas, and chemical industries. He also spent more than 10 years with KBR in a number of executive leadership positions ranging from VP of Technology to VP of Western Hemisphere Sales. He has authored multiple papers and holds 20 US patents. Eric also holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of California-San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College. |

| Rob is an executive with more than 20 years of experience in sales, recruiting and operations management for information technology and engineering staffing and solutions companies. He joined the CDI team in 2002 as Director, Service Delivery and was quickly promoted to Vice President of Recruiting for the CDI Business Solutions division. In 2007, he assumed the role of Vice President of Global Recruiting & Operations for the new CDI IT Solutions business unit and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2009 – a position he held until his promotion to President of MRI in January 2011. His other past experience includes 12 years in recruiting and recruiting/operations management positions for IT staffing and solutions companies including Merritt Technical Associates, Butler Technology Solutions and Computer Horizons. Rob is a 1984 graduate of the United States Naval Academy. |

| Greg joined CDI in 1995 and since then has held numerous leadership positions in the organization, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Canadian Operations. In that role, he improved productivity and profitability, reduced costs, and increased overall customer and employee satisfaction. Greg has more than 20 years of leadership expertise in operations, sales, and recruitment. He has customized staffing and outsourcing solutions for companies in a variety of industries including the aerospace and oil & gas sectors. Prior to joining CDI, Greg held various roles in recruitment, sales, and operations with Butler Service Group, a division of Butler International Inc. Greg holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. |

Stuart Batchelor is Senior VP and President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). |
| Prior to joining CDI, Stuart was with Invensys where he held numerous positions including acting President of the Europe and Africa regions. Before Invensys, Stuart was the UK Business Development Manager for Jacobs Engineering, responsible for managing engineering business development among that firm's blue chip clients. Stuart also spent eight years with Rockwell Automation as the Director of Systems and Solutions Business for the EMEA region managing large-scale projects across multiple locations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Stuart has qualifications in electrical & electronic engineering from Loughborough College. | |
