General Instructions

The recruiting cost calculator is designed to provide an annualized look at your firm’s recruiting demands and subsequent costs. 

The model consists of three sections:

             Section A:

                       Sizing: Enter information about total employees in your organization, total hired this year and last year,
                                   salaries
paid this year and last year, etc.

             Section B:

                       Recruiting Cost: Enter a variety of direct and indirect recruiting expenses.

             Section C:

                       Results: This section calculates costs such as Annualized Total Recruiting Cost, Base Cost & Total Cost per
                                     Hire, Turnover Ratio, etc.
