Roger H. Ballou
President and Chief Executive Officer

Roger Ballou is President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of CDI.
Prior to joining CDI in October 2001, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Global Vacation Group and as a senior advisor to Thayer Capital Partners.
He previously was Vice Chairman/Chief Marketing Officer and then President and Chief
Operating Officer of Alamo Rent-a-Car. For more than 16 years prior to joining Alamo,
he held several executive positions with American Express, culminating in his appointment
as President of the Travel Services Group. Mr. Ballou holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Economics from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and an M.B.A.
from the Dartmouth College’s Amos Tuck School.

Mark Kerschner
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mark Kerschner is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CDI.
Prior to joining CDI in September 2005, he held senior financial roles with leading
firms and consortiums in the chemical, process and pharmaceutical industries. Past
roles include Chief Financial Officer of Elemica, Inc. and Senior Vice President
& Treasurer of BASF Corporation. Most recently, he was Vice President & Assistant
Controller of Schering-Plough Corporation. Mr. Kerschner holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Finance and Accounting from Lehigh University.

Joseph R. Seiders
Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer

Joe Seiders is Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of CDI. Prior
to joining the company in January 1978 as Corporate Counsel, he was engaged in the
private practice of law. Mr. Seiders holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA
from La Salle College and a Law degree from Temple University.

Brian D. Short
Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

Brian D. Short is Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of CDI. Prior
to joining CDI in March 2009, he was a partner in the Corporate & Securities Group
at Dechert LLP. Mr. Short holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the
University of Delaware and a Law degree from Villanova University.

Robert Giorgio
President, CDI Engineering Solutions

Bob Giorgio is President of CDI Engineering Solutions. Prior to joining CDI
in 1997, he was President, CEO and Chairman of Day & Zimmermann International, an
international construction and engineering firm. Between 1987 and 1996, he was employed
as President of Life Sciences International, a division of Day & Zimmermann. From
1993 to 1996, he also held the position of President, Advanced Technology Division.
Prior to that, he held executive positions at Raytheon E&C. Mr. Giorgio holds
a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute
of Brooklyn.

Andrew D. Cvitanov
President, CDI IT Solutions

Andy Cvitanov is President of CDI IT Solutions. He joined the CDI team in
October 2006 after serving as Managing Director of The Beekman Group, a New York-based
private equity firm where he was one of the original principles. Prior to that,
he was President & Chief Executive Officer of American Express Tax and Business
Services, Inc., an independent professional services business unit of American Express
with over 2,500 employees and approximately $400 million in annual revenue. His
25+ years of experience also includes senior positions at Tokai Financial Services
and Continental Information Systems Corporation. Mr. Cvitanov holds a BA in Economics
from California State University and an MA in Economics from the University of California.

Tony McKinnon
President, Management Recruiters International Inc. (MRI)

R.A. “Tony” McKinnon is the President of Management Recruiters International, Inc.
(MRI), a subsidiary of CDI Corporation. He joined the CDI family in October
2008 bringing with him a senior-level background in marketing and executive management
and over 30 years of experience in the travel industry. His background includes
senior executive responsibilities at American Airlines, Pan American World Airways,
Delta Air Lines, Wyndham Resort Hotels, USAir, American Hawaii Cruises and The Delta
Queen Steamboat Company. Most recently, he successfully developed Vacation.com,
which is currently a network of approximately 6,000 travel agencies across North
America. With the sale of Vacation.com to Amadeus, a leading global travel distribution
system and technology provider, Tony served as CEO of Amadeus' North American Operations
from 2000 through 2003. He currently serves as a Director for the Baptist Foundation
of Texas, Tauck, Inc., Passport Online, Inc., the GSC Acquisition Company, and Online
Vacation Center Holdings, Inc. Tony holds a BS from the United States Military Academy
and a JD from Emory University School of Law.

Paul Hampton

Paul Hampton is Managing Director of CDI AndersElite Limited, CDI Corporation's
U.K.-based subsidiary that leads its market in supplying technical and managerial
personnel to the built environment (construction fields and associated professional
services). Paul joined the CDI team in September 2006 and brought with him more
than 20 years of experience in the business services sector. Most recently, he served
as Managing Director of the U.K. division of Philadelphia-based Aramark where he
supervised seven lines of business and over ₤450M in revenue. Other past experience
includes Managing Director roles at Amey Rail, the infrastructure and projects management
division of London's Amey Group, and the U.K. & Ireland divisions of Michigan-based
Kelly Services. Mr. Hampton holds an MBA from the University of Sterling.
